Privacy policy in Ace English

This Privacy Policy describes the method of protection and rules for the processing of my clients' personal data and explains what rights each person whose data is processed by me can exercise. The provisions of the Policy are in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Regulation GDPR).

I process clients' personal data only for the purpose of concluding a contract for the provision of educational services and their subsequent implementation. The following data is processed: Customer's name and surname, ID card number, PESEL number, NIP number, residence address, correspondence address and all data necessary to keep documentation for tax purposes and ZUS records.

On the basis of a separate consent, the e-mail address and contact telephone number needed to contact the customer in organizational matters related to the implementation of the contract concluded with the customer are also processed.

Your data is not disclosed to any third parties, with the exception of the Accounting Office, with which I concluded an appropriate Entrustment Agreement for accounting purposes.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
